Institutional Affiliation Disclaimer

Last updated September 1, 2026. Written in plain language first; where a legal term matters, it appears beside the plain version.

§1

Institutional Relationship Disclosures

CannyIntern is an independent technical training and skill-development provider. Certificates attest to authentic student project work and assessments evaluated against our published rubric. Program completion records do not guarantee automatic academic credit, university placement, or external stipend; final credit recognition is determined by each student’s respective college scrutiny committee or T&P cell.

§2

Curriculum Alignment & Standards Adherence

Our 6-week project-based tracks reference the public AICTE internship policy (weekly logbooks, practical checkpoints, mentor reviews) and are mapped to the semester internship structure of Bihar Engineering University (BEU Patna) and affiliated engineering colleges so T&P desks can interpret them. This is a design reference, not an approval or affiliation: CannyIntern holds no AICTE approval, no university tie-up, and no ISO certification.

§3

Why colleges accept our certificates

Acceptance rests on verifiable evidence: published syllabus, human-reviewed code submissions, rubric-gated evaluations, and instant public verification via our online registry. Scrutiny committees and TPOs can verify candidate dossiers without login barriers.

We encourage every institution T&P desk to inspect training dossiers and verify certificates directly on our portal.

§4

Use of institutional names, marks, and logos

Third-party university, council, and statutory names, logos, and marks appear on this platform solely for identification, curriculum-mapping, and standards adherence benchmarking. All trademarks, official seals, and registered emblems remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective holders.
