Give your T&P desk evidence, not assurances.
Training and placement officers drown in superficial completion certificates with zero audit trail. CannyIntern cohorts produce reviewed submissions and final evaluations your academic senate can check in seconds.
One mandate, thirty-eight colleges, same filing problem
Every engineering college affiliated to Bihar Engineering University expects its students to complete mandatory internship training — typically around the 3rd, 5th, and 7th semesters, roughly 120 hours over four to six weeks of individual work. Real companies cannot absorb that volume of second- and third-year students, so most of the training burden falls on programs like this one — and most of the certificates in circulation are effectively rubber-stamped.
This directory is our answer to that situation, kept as one page per college. Each page names the branches we see from that campus, recommends the tracks whose tools overlap its syllabus, states the semester windows its students usually file in, and pre-fills the college on the registration form so seats map to the right institution. Nothing here is decorative: the track lists differ from college to college because the branches differ.
One honest boundary, stated twice on every page because it matters: credit is decided entirely by your college — its T&P cell, HoD, and university norms. No training provider grants it or guarantees acceptance. What we can supply is the evidence departments ask for — a published syllabus, reviewer-graded submissions, a logbook file, and a verification record your TPO can check in seconds — and we encourage every T&P desk to verify a sample record before a single student enrolls.
Three things scrutiny committees actually need
Instant verification portal
Enter any certificate code and see the student, program, completion status, dates, and reviewer sign-off. No account, no phone calls, no waiting on our desk.
T&P-format progress records
Progress arrives in the shape scrutiny committees already use — week, activity, reviewer remark, sign-off. Internal marks become a lookup, not an investigation.
Live cohort visibility
The coordinator desk shows every enrolled student from your college with reviewed progress and status flags while the cohort runs.
Start with the campuses that file most
Eight colleges whose students and T&P desks already know this paperwork. Each note says what that campus actually sends us.
MIT Muzaffarpur →
Muzaffarpur · 5 branches
The oldest institution in this directory (est. 1954). A deep core-branch culture — Embedded, VLSI, Power, and SolidWorks tracks all map cleanly onto its departments.
BCE Bhagalpur →
Bhagalpur · 5 branches
Among the oldest (est. 1960), on the banks of the Ganga. Full five-branch coverage, so CSE cohorts and core cohorts alike file from here every semester.
GCE Gaya →
Gaya · 5 branches
A decades-old campus (est. 1959) serving the Magadh region. Civil and Mechanical students here tend to pair the design track first, simulation or structures next.
MCE Motihari →
East Champaran · 5 branches
Champaran’s government college (est. 1980). ECE and EE intakes line up well with the Embedded & IoT and Power & EV tracks.
DCE Darbhanga →
Darbhanga · 4 branches
Mithila’s engineering campus (est. 1999). Strong Civil and Mechanical filings — AutoCAD estimation files and SolidWorks assemblies dominate its viva tables.
NCE Chandi →
Nalanda · 5 branches
Nalanda’s college (est. 2008) and the only directory campus with an AI & Data Science branch — the Generative AI and Python-Data tracks were built for exactly this intake.
GEC Sheikhpura →
Sheikhpura · 5 branches
Our home turf and pilot-distribution campus. Five branches, mandatory training from the 3rd semester, and the T&P desk that reviewed this program first.
PCE Purnea →
Purnea · 5 branches
Seemanchal’s college (est. 2017) covering the far east. CSE students here split between Full-Stack Web and C & DSA Foundations depending on the semester.

Asked about this directory
Is my college covered?
If you study at any of Bihar’s 38 government engineering colleges affiliated to BEU Patna, yes — every one of them has a dedicated page in this directory with branch-matched tracks and direct registration links. Open your college above and register with it pre-filled so your seat maps to your institution.
My college isn’t a government BEU college. Can I still apply?
Yes. All BEU students are eligible to apply, including private affiliated colleges and science and management students. If your institution has no directory page yet, register directly and name your college on the form — your seat, progress, and certificate work exactly the same way.
Which track fits my branch?
The rule of thumb: pick the track whose tools overlap your syllabus and whose project you can defend in a viva. CSE and IT lean Full-Stack, C & DSA, Python-Data, AI, or Cybersecurity; ECE leans Embedded or VLSI; EE leans Power & EV or PLC; Civil pairs AutoCAD with STAAD; Mechanical pairs SolidWorks with Ansys. The tracks-by-branch guide maps all fifteen, and every college page lists its recommended set first.
Will my college accept the certificate for credits?
That is decided entirely by your college — its T&P cell, HoD, and BEU norms — never by a training provider. What we supply is the evidence departments ask for: a published syllabus, reviewer-graded submissions, a logbook file, and an online verification record. Ask your TPO to verify a sample record before you enroll.
Does any of this cost the college anything?
Nothing. Zero cost to the institution: verification is free and needs no account, the coordinator desk is free, the TPO kit is free, and the ₹999 all-inclusive fee is paid by the student only after their seat request is confirmed.
How does our T&P desk see our students’ progress?
Through the coordinator desk: every enrolled student from your college with reviewed module progress and status flags while the cohort runs, plus a one-click consolidated report for your files. Write to the registry desk with your college and TPO contact to get mapped.
Three steps to an audit desk
- 01
Register your department
Write to the registry desk with your college, department, and TPO contact. We map your students to your institution.
- 02
Nominate or approve students
Students enroll directly, or you share the track links and approve the roster. Either way, progress is visible to you throughout.
- 03
Audit and sign off
Verify certificates online, download the consolidated cohort report, and file internal marks with an annexure attached.
See your students live
The coordinator desk lists every enrolled student from your college — module progress, check-ins, status flags — with a one-click consolidated report for your files.
